For the 24th celebration we went to my parents house. I headed out on Thursday and took five grand kids with me. The ride out there went so well we didn't have any problems. Here we are right before we left.
Daxton excited to be there and started to climb right away.
My dad made a new gate for the stairs but Daxton found some flaws with it and my dad got to work right away fixing it.

 They love to swim.

 They love reading books.
Grady is tall enough to reach the pedals.

 Grady loved Grandpa tickling him.
 Daxton enjoyed climbing everything.

Grandma had to put this in her room and hide it from Daxton.
 Playing at the park.
 Grandma reading to them.

Talon loved being up in the tree.
 Nellie loves to swing.

On Saturday they had races for the kids. Daxton running in his age group. For some reason the next couple of pictures are out of order.
Daxton loves to play with Grandpa.
Nellie talking on the phone and working on the computer.
 Now back to Daxton racing.
At the finish line. I guess he didn't like it to much.
 Nellie and Talon.
 Jonathon
 Anna and Jana
Nellie and Talon doing the wheel barrel.

 Karl and Jana

Daxton and Grady loved to look out the window and talk to people when they saw them outside.
 Grady begging for food.
We did a float for the parade and we won best family float and no we were not the only family float in the parade.

After getting done being in the parade the kids were so hot they went swimming again.
Nellie and Grandpa reading scriptures together. I thought this was so cute. We had a fun filled weekend and I think we really wore out Grandpa and Grandma.

That looks like so much fun! If you have to be out in the sun on a float the pool is a smart way to go!

Loved, Loved, Loved the float. You guys have awesome ideas. Can't believe you were brave enough to take all the kids with you, sometimes I think you might be crazy.
